This is 2 dics or 3 dics needle positioner, and the positioning accuracy is very very good , and It matches the sewing machine head very well. It is special for the heavy duty machine needle position function. You know the heavy-duty machine needs the low speed, high torque motor, and it needs the accurate positioning. The plug of this synchronizer can match the 4 core interface very well. Pls kindly see the below diagram: Mark in red circle.
This 4 core interface is for needle positioner plug. They connect so that the needle position function works. By the way, based on different kind of the control box, we can change the phase sequence ( 4 different color lines order) so that we can fix it on the control box very well.
